EYSA REGISTRATION

Welcome to the 2008 EYSA season.  Please visit http://www.eysasoccer.org.  On-line registration and downloadable registration forms are available, as well as other information.

The fee for this season is $60, with Early Bird discounts of $5 per player if your registration is postmarked by May 28, 2008.  The registration deadline is June 25, 2008.  A late fee of $20 will be added for any application postmarked after June 25, and the players will be put on a waiting list and will be placed on teams on an as needed basis.  It is very important that we receive the applications on time, so that we may organize teams, have uniforms made, and arrange the schedules as soon as possible.  The late fees cover the charge of having a uniform specially made and other administrative costs.  There are no guarantees that late registrants will be placed on teams, but registration fees will be returned in these cases.

Without the use of Edwardsburg School property, the league would not exist.  We appreciate the use of their fields.  In order to continue to be allowed use of these fields, we must follow school rules, and be respectful of the school property as well as the property of others in surrounding neighborhoods.  There is no smoking allowed on any school property.  Dogs  are not allowed on school property at any time.  Parking is only permitted in the designated parking lots.  Please do not park in the street, and do not park on the lawns of those who live near the school.  Do not ever park on US12 near Eagle Lake School.

We are in need of Coaches and Sponsors!  It is truly the generosity of the coaches and the sponsors that make EYSA happen.  We plan to offer an advanced coach clinic as well as the introductory course to help you. Included are a Coach’s Application and a Sponsor Registration Form. 

The first game will be September 6, 2008.  Your athlete’s coach will contact you in mid August.  For your reference, the age level for each division is listed on the player registration page.

****** NEW THIS YEAR!  U19 DIVISION ******

EYSA is offering a U19 coed division.  This division will play 7 vs. 7.  Minimum of 10 players per team.  Form your own team or join as a partial team.  EYSA will provide the uniforms, schedules, and refs, you provide the players and an adult to be on the sideline.  Cost is $500 per team.  Save money by bringing a whole team.  Tell your friends!  Please note that any player on a high school soccer roster for the fall season cannot play due to state athletic association rules. 

Registration Fees:

Early Bird:  $55 for the first player, $45 for each additional player in the same family.  $125 cap per family.  Registration must be postmarked by May 28, 2008. 

After May 28, 2008:  $60 for the first player, $50 for each additional player in the same family. $135 cap per family.  Registration must be postmarked on or before June 25, 2008. 

After June 25, 2008:  $75 for the first child, $65 for each additional player and player(s) will be placed on waiting lists, with no guarantee.  No family cap.
